HitReplAI is an AI-powered Chrome extension that enhances draft replies. The service is provided “as is.”

3. Free Tier

The free tier includes 20 enhancements per day. Limits are subject to change and abuse may result in termination.

4. Pro Subscription

Pro is billed at $3.99/month or $29/year. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled via the Polar customer portal. We do not provide partial refunds. Restore access using the “Restore access” flow in the extension.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use HitReplAI for spam, harassment, or attempts to circumvent rate limits.

6. Intellectual Property

Enhanced text belongs to the user. The HitReplAI brand, product, and code remain our property.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

We provide the service without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to three months of fees paid, where permitted by law.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use indicates acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable law in your jurisdiction.
